Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee 100% money back If you’re not satisfied with the product you purchased for any reason,Please contact us for a return instruction within 7 days for a refund. Shipping & Handling cost are not refundable. If there are any problems, please contact us before leaving feedback. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers.

Combine Shipping Policies

We are happy to ship worldwide and to save you on Shipping & Handing cost I will combine the item purchased within 3 days in one invoice. The Shipping & Handling is $3.89 USD on the frist item and $1.89 USD on each additional item.

Shipping Term

1). Item is shipped via air-mail by Thailand post within 1-5 business days after we receive clear of full payment.

2). We sorry can not ship any packages on week-end or during Thailand’s holidays because post office is off duty during these days. Order received on the week-end or during a holiday will be shipped on the following business day.

3). If buyer need to register parcel for more safety reason, please kindly contact seller before complete a payment. The insurance cost is only $2 USD per order. Tracking number will be provided to customer after item is sent out.

4). We ship item to Paypal Confirm Address only. Please make sure your address in Paypal is the same as your shipping address.

5). Please note that item is located in Thailand. International Airmail Shipping Time is about 7-24 BUSSINESS DAYS to most USA, UK and AU destinations. However, it may take up to a month to arrive particularly during peak periods or in bad weather condition. Delivery times may vary with the destination and country depends on both country shipping service transit time and custom clearance process.

6). Need faster? We offer EMS shipping method which take about 5-10 business days usually. Please contact seller before you buying, and you have to pay for additional shipping fee for EMS shipping.

7). Writing a buyer’s phone number together with shipping address has helped ensure safe delivery. However, if you don’t wish to write this down, please kindly contact seller.

8). Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not include in the item price and shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties & charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buy.


9). Please kindly understand that SHIPPING COSTS ARE INCLUDED product searching and transportation, item packaging and handling, delivery cost to post office and postage fee.

Return & Refund Policies

1). We will be held responsible for all LOSS ITEMS during shipment of REGISTERED PARCEL ONLY! A claim could only be proceeded after the proof of documents (for confirming the postal loss) received from the post office and then FULL MONEY BACK is given.
2). If we accidentally SHIP THE WRONG PRODUCT to you (that should never occur), please kindly contact us within 3 days after you receive item. We will SHIP THE CORRECT PRODUCT TO YOU WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
3). We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN or REFUND for these following cases:


A) Lost or stolen items during shipment period of un-insured parcel.
B) Any wrong or undeliverable addresses. There will be an additional charge for all refuse and unclaimed shipment if buyer request resent.

C) Item damaged due to mishandling by customer.

D) If you DO NOT SATISFIED WITH ITEM FOR ANY REASONS and would like to return it, please contact us first and provide. Buyer responsible for return shipping cost. Refund will be given as partially money back after we receive returned item, please kindly understand that the shipping & handling fee could not refundable at any case. Request for exchange will be submit with a further charge for shipping fee.
